1. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available for orders below INR 2000 on all serviceable pincodes.
2. How to place a Return/Exchange request?
To place a Return/Exchange request:
- Visit the “Place Your Return/Exchange Request” section on the website or app.
- Submit the required details as prompted.
- Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you want to return or exchange.
Note:
- Return/Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Reverse pickup will be done in 2-3 working days by our courier partner.
- All returned products must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with the original packaging and tags. Items without tags will not be accepted.
3. Are there any additional charges for Returns/Exchanges?
Yes, a charge of INR 100 will be levied for any return orders as a reverse shipment fee at the time of refund.
4. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders usually take 2-5 working days to reach metros and Tier I cities. For certain pin codes, delivery might take a little longer.

5. How would I know if my order is placed?
You will receive a confirmation email and SMS on your registered email ID and phone number once your order is successfully placed. Additionally, you will be notified when the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
6. What happens if my shipment does not get delivered on time?

We will do our best to ensure the order is delivered as soon as possible.
7. Are there any shipping charges on delivery?
Yes, we charge a shipping fee of INR 100 on all COD orders.
8. Do you ship outside India?
At the moment, we do not deliver items outside India. However, you can place an order from anywhere in the world as long as the shipping address is within India.
Cancellation, Return/Exchange & Refund
1. How can I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it via the App.
2. How do I return/exchange a product?
To return or exchange a product:
- Visit the “Returns” section on the App to raise a request.
- Pack the product in its original packaging (with tags).
- Hand over the package to our courier partner.
Once the product is received in our warehouse, it will undergo verification, and the refund will be issued to the same account used for payment.
Note:
- A handling fee of INR 100 is charged for returns.
- Orders placed during a SALE (including free products) are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
3. What happens to orders where products are received in damaged condition?
If you receive a damaged/defective product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly email a photograph of the damaged/defective product to:

Failure to notify within the timeframe may result in the return not being processed.
4. What should I do if I receive a different item from the one I ordered?
In case you receive a wrong product, visit the “Returns” section on the App to raise a return request.
5. Within how many days of purchase can I return my order?
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.
6. I have requested a replacement; when will I get it?
- Reverse pickup will be done in 2-3 days after placing the request.
- It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse, where it undergoes a quality check.
- Once approved, a refund or exchange will be processed within 72 hours.

7. Can I return all items?
The following items are not eligible for returns due to hygiene considerations:
- Innerwear
- Socks
- Sunglasses
- Accessories
- Perfumes
- Face Masks
Additionally, orders with free products received during promotional events/offers are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
8. When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed as follows:
- The product reaches our warehouse within 7-10 days of reverse pickup.
- It undergoes a quality check.
- If approved, the refund or exchange request is initiated within 72 hours.

- For purchases using promotional/coupon codes, refunds will be provided as store credit.
- For non-promotional purchases, refunds will be credited to your bank account.
9. How do I get my refund for discounted items?
For orders placed with discounts, the refund will be calculated on the MRP of the products, and the balance amount will be provided as store credit.
10. How do I get my refund for prepaid orders?
Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to the original payment method within 2-3 working days. If the amount is not credited, please contact your bank for assistance.
Note:
- Refunds for purchases using promotional/coupon codes will be issued as store credit.
- Refunds for non-promotional purchases will be credited to your bank account.
11. How do I get my refund for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders?
Once the returned product(s) passes the quality check, the refund will be issued as store credit to your registered email and WhatsApp number.

1. My payment was deducted from my bank account, but the order wasn’t placed. What should I do?
