Return and Refund Policy

IKW Heritage Designs believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
Under this policy:
 
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
 
Our team has done quality check of the products and if customer receives damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. Mail id : connect@ikwdesigns.com  Whats App : +91 7600392999. The request will, however, be entertained once the customer service executive has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
 
In case of any Refunds approved by the IKW Heritage Designs team, it’ll take 6-8 Days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

  • The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
  • Customized/Altered products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Purchase made from SALE section is not eligible for any kind of return or exchange.
  • Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
  • For COD orders, a store credit will be provided within 1-2 working days from the day of return pickup on your registered email address/contact number.
  • Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
  • Kindly allow 6 to 8 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. 
  • Payments made with COD option will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid by you, which can be used anytime.
  • Reward points or store credits are not refundable; and are only redeemable on our store.
  • Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable
  • Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. 
  • To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on certain product categories, including but not limited to accessories, sunglasses, perfumes, masks and innerwear i.e boxers, briefs, trunks. IKW Designs may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.
